Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order to ensure you understand our purchasing process, payment methods, and shipping policies.
Purchase Terms
Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing (purchase order or email). Once confirmed, the order becomes legally binding. Any modifications require mutual agreement.
Payment Methods
We accept different payment methods based on order type and value:
Bulk Orders (Large Shipments)
For bulk orders and large shipments, we accept:
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment (negotiable)
Standard Terms: 50% deposit before production starts, 50% balance before shipment. For trusted long-term partners, we can negotiate flexible terms.
Why T/T for Bulk Orders: Bank wire transfer is the most secure and common method for international trade. Lower transaction fees compared to other methods. Suitable for transactions above $5,000.
Note: Shipment will be arranged immediately after receiving the final payment.
Note: For bulk orders, T/T is the only accepted payment method due to transaction security and lower fees.
Samples & Small Orders
For samples and small value orders, we accept:
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Full payment in advance
PayPal
Instant payment, full amount
Other E-Payments
Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.
Payment Terms: 100% payment in advance before production/shipment.
Processing Time: Sample production usually starts within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
Advantages: Secure, suitable for all transaction amounts, lower fees for large sample orders.
Payment Terms: 100% payment in advance via PayPal.
Advantages: Fast and convenient, buyer protection available, suitable for transactions below $1,000.
Note: PayPal transaction fees apply (typically 3.4% + $0.30). These fees are usually included in the quoted price for small orders.
Payment Terms: 100% payment in advance via electronic payment platforms.
Supported Platforms: Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, and other regional payment systems.
Advantages: Instant processing, convenient for clients in specific regions (China, Southeast Asia), lower fees than PayPal.
Note: These methods are only available for clients with accounts in supported regions.
Important Notice
All payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Production begins only after deposit payment. Shipment will be arranged immediately after the final payment is received.

Shipping Policy
Packaging Standards
All products are packaged according to export standards to ensure transportation safety. Special packaging requirements must be specified in advance and may incur additional charges.
Shipping Methods
Based on customer requirements and product characteristics, we offer multiple shipping options:
- Sea Freight: Economical for bulk cargo, longer transit time (14-45 days depending on destination)
- Air Freight: Suitable for small batches or urgent shipments, fast (5-10 days) but higher cost
- Express Courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. Suitable for samples and small items (3-7 days)
- Rail Transport: China-Europe Railway, balancing speed and cost (18-25 days)
Delivery Time
Delivery time starts after deposit payment and confirmation of all production details. Standard products: 15-30 days. Custom products may require more time depending on complexity.
Transit Time Note
Above delivery time does NOT include shipping time. Actual shipping time depends on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance efficiency. Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or pandemic periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your chosen Incoterm:
- EXW: Buyer bears all shipping costs and risks from our factory
- FOB: We cover costs to port of departure, buyer arranges sea freight and insurance
- CIF/CAF: We cover freight and insurance to destination port
- DDP/DAP: We handle door-to-door delivery (with/without duties and taxes)
Risk Transfer
Risk transfer point is determined by the chosen Incoterm. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value goods. Insurance can be arranged through us or your own provider.
